NaTisha Hutson is a Bay Area, CA native who has worked at the intersections of education, social justice and conflict resolution for over a decade. She is passionate about helping academic institutions, organizations, and communities navigate challenges restoratively, in effort to improve communication, cultivate trust, repair harm, and foster healthy relationships.

As a conflict resolution practitioner, NaTisha has served in the roles of mediator, ombudsman, conflict coach and restorative justice practitioner. She works with multigenerational clients of diverse backgrounds for organizations, K-12 schools, colleges and universities. 

​

Her professional experience in education includes equity-based program development, counseling, coordination and management, driving institutional diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, designing, implementing and institutionalizing restorative justice practices, and facilitating student, staff, and faculty professional development trainings. 

​

NaTisha holds two Master's degrees in Conflict Management and Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, and Counseling from Sacramento State University, where she also earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. ​Through additional professional training, she is also a certificated mediator, restorative justice practitioner, LTC ombudsman and conflict coach.

Restorative Impact collaborates with a team of contractors that support facilitation processes and large projects. Our esteemed village partners include educators, DEI leaders, community advocates, conflict resolution and restorative justice professionals.
